let it snow

and snow and snow...  My Mom called the other day to see if we were all okay.  Apparently all this snow in France is causing a lot of travel problems. Or at least enough problems to get Canadian news coverage.  Not to worry though, not only are we fine but we are enjoying the inch of snow that has blanketed our city.  And I am quite confident that we are equipped to handle a couple more inches. 

Here is how we are staying warm

Bundling up Jacob with snow gear, blankets and his rain shield.  Basically transforming his stroller into a warm and comfy bubble.

Stopping by the Christmas market for some Vin Chaud (hot mulled wine), Thé de Noël (Christmas tea) or Jus d'Orange Chaud (hot spiced orange juice).  
 

  Getting an ultra warm and ultra cute touque.

And Hailey's solution is to sprawl out as close to the electric heater as possible.  The warmest seat in the house.  Who needs a sunbeam now?  She is resourceful.
