Happy Thanksgiving to all of our family & friends back home. Wishing we could be there. We made a little turkey for ourselves yesterday on Billy's day off. I was not brave enough to try a whole turkey in the toaster oven (smart decision, I think) but instead bought turkey breasts pounded thin and stuffed them with goat cheese and breaded them. It turned out quite nice. We served it with mashed potatoes, green beans sauteed with garlic and a fresh fig & avocado salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Yum!
Look at those cheeks!! He is so cute!! :)
